The Space

The entire second floor is given over to a light and open-plan spacious living area, with a kitchen at one end, dining area in the middle, and seating at the far end. This makes for a stylish and comfortable living and entertaining space, with a range of lighting to suit any time of day or night.

The kitchen (new 2019) is fully equipped with a full-size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and large collection of kitchen equipment and utensils. There is a comprehensive collection of crockery, cutlery, glassware, baking dishes, etc., to cater for everything from informal brunch to a dinner party.

For dining there is a feature antique rosewood dining table (seats eight), with period dining chairs beautifully upholstered in Highland tweeds. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar.

On the first floor the master bedroom features zip link twin single beds (3’) that can also be made up into a super king size double (6’), as required by your party. The deep sprung mattresses have a multi layered hypoallergenic filling. Together with bed linen and pillows from the White Company and there is a  quality goose feather and down duvets, your comfortable night’s sleep is ensured.

Off the master bedroom is a tiled ensuite bathroom featuring a designer twin ended bath, loo and hand basin. Over the basin is an illuminated mirror with demist function – no more steamy mirror in the bathroom. There is also a shaver point and an electric heated towel rail. The master bedroom has double windows looking out onto the courtyard. There is a large built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves.

Also on the first floor is bedroom two, featuring a 5’ double. Bed linen and pillows are from the White Company and there is a a quality goose feather and down duvet. Adjacent to the bedroom is a spacious tiled shower room with loo and hand basin. This bathroom also features an illuminated mirror with demist function, shaver point, and electric heated towel rail.

On the ground floor is the Garden bedroom, which has a partially glazed Georgian style door looking out onto a small, private courtyard garden. This bedroom has a 5’ double bed with bed linen and pillows from the White Company and a quality goose feather and down duvet. 

Adjacent to the Garden bedroom is a tiled shower room (electric shower) with loo and hand basin. This bathroom also features an illuminated mirror with demist function, shaver point, and electric heated towel rail.

Also on the ground floor is a garage / utility room with a sink, washing machine and tumble drier. There is plenty of hanging and storage space for coats and outdoor equipment such as boots, golf clubs and fishing rods.

Outside there is a private parking space. There is also ample free public parking within a couple of hundred metres.
